Better Buzz Coffee Leases Fullerton Location

Caffeine fiends in Fullerton are going to love this news: Better Buzz Coffee will be coming to town. According to leasing data, the brand will be moving into a property at 1329 S Harbor Blvd. 

Better Buzz Coffee Roasters is a beloved San Diego-based coffee company. Founded in 2002, it has grown from a mere coffee cart to a corporation that has grown to have a presence all across the state, and just recently expanded to Arizona. 

At the Fullerton location, the company will bring its signature blend of quality coffee, as a USDA Organic Certified Coffee Roaster. It also sells cafe foods and has a welcoming atmosphere, with a beach, So Cal vibe. 

The building has been on the market for 14 months, and the transaction was overseen by leasing rep Newmark. It is a 3,279-square-foot ground-floor property right off a busy main road.
