Cobble Hill, Brooklyn is about to get a taste of something “exciting and unexpected” as Sal Lamboglia, the innovative mind behind Cafe Spaghetti and Swoony’s, announces plans to open a new concept at 521 Hicks Street. The news, confirmed by a spokesperson to Eater.com, has already sparked curiosity and anticipation among food enthusiasts and locals alike.

He confirmed the new business is in the process of obtaining liquor licensing and will likely open sometime later next summer.
