Salumeria Rosi, a historic Italian culinary gem, is about to expand its legacy into the vibrant heart of New York City’s East Village. Salumeria Rosi has long been celebrated for its offerings of house-made pastas, imported meats, artisanal cheeses and fine Italian wines.

Nestled within the bustling streets of the East Village, the new location at 222 Avenue B will open late this year, according to principal Andrew Loscalzo. Salumeria Rosi can currently be found at 283 Amsterdam Ave on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.
