Mr. Tempo is one of the announced new additions at Corona’s The Shops at Dos Lagos, Press Enterprise reports. The high-energy eatery is set to open in early 2025, among a list of restaurants and retailers that are moving in at the upscale outdoor mall.

The new Dos Lagos location will reflect Mr. Tempo’s signature style, combining upscale dining with lively entertainment. Guests can expect inventive dishes, expertly crafted drinks, and a vibrant atmosphere that’s perfect for both casual outings and special occasions.

Jorge Cueva, widely known as Mr. Tempo, has built a culinary empire with concepts like Tempo Cantina, Mr. Tempo Sports Bar and Cantina, Tempo, Mr. Tempo Nightclub, and King & Queen Cantina. The concepts’ locations are across Southern California, Texas, Nevada, New York, and Mexico.

This expansion is part of Dos Lagos’ $88 million redevelopment, which aims to transform the 47-acre outdoor center into a premier destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment. It has recently welcomed other high-profile tenants like Karl Strauss Brewing Company and Crab n Spice.
