Chick-fil-A La Habra Marketplace, located at 1801 W Imperial Hwy, is gearing up for a remodeling project. Records from the Orange County Health Care Agency’s Environmental Health Division show that the franchise location is working on renovation plans.
The restaurant has been serving the community for over 17 years under the leadership of Operator Thomas Purtell. Its doors opened to the commute on June 14, 2007. It offers dine-in, carry-out, drive-thru, and delivery via popular platforms like DoorDash, Grubhub, Uber Eats, and Postmates.
Documents state that the remodeling project spans between 101 square feet to 1,000 square feet. The most recent milestone marked on November 20, when plans were received. Specific details of the remodel are still unfolding. Chick-fil-A did not respond to request for comment about what changes are being made or what the timeline for the project looks like.
The restaurant’s hours are listed as Monday to Saturday from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. It is closed on Sundays. It’s unclear whether or not the store will close or if its operating hours will be affected by construction once the green light is given.
