As Henderson’s master-planned Cadence community sees Cadence Retail Center continuing to develop, word has gotten out about a number of new tenants launching there. What Now reported last week on the new PT’s Pub planned for the area, and coverage by the Las Vegas Review-Journal reveals more concepts planned there, including Papa John’s, Ori’Zaba’s, and a new outpost of Dutch Bros. Coffee.

Dutch Bros. has become a part of the Las Vegas landscape in recent years, reaching a total of 22 locations in the city, making Vegas second only to San Antonio (which has 32) in number of Dutch Bros. locations.

The new Dutch Bros. will be joining a retail center whose total leasable area comprises “119,616 square feet, nine stores and 12 center properties from ROI Commercial Real Estate, spanning 33 acres,” the RJ coverage said.

“Dutch Bros started in 1992 as a pushcart by the railroad tracks in downtown Grants Pass, Oregon,” reads the Dutch Bros. website’s Our Story page. “Dane and Trave Boersma left the dairy business to serve up espresso, rock their favorite music and make connections with their community.”

Since then, the chain has grown to encompass more than 900 locations across 18 states. “Dutch Faves” from the brands menu include the Caramel Pumpking Brûlée Breve (Pumpkin & salted caramel w/ Soft Top™, pumpkin drizzle & raw sugar sprinkles), the Golden Eagle (Vanilla & Caramel Breve w/ Caramel Drizzle), and the Double Torture (Extra Double Shot Vanilla Mocha).
