According to a recent permit filing, Jiang Nan aims to debut its first West Coast location in Bellevue at 10204 Main Street.

“We are aiming to open our doors after the last shipment of products comes in, so that will likely be soon. The concept truly is for Chinese fusion, with menu options such as Peking Duck, Xiao Long Bao, and others being some of our customers favorites,” a representative of Jiang Nan told What Now Seattle.

“This is the 11th location in the United States, and our very first location on the West Coast. Most of our locations are on the East Coast, so now we are trying to expand. On the East Coast, we had pretty much hit everywhere on a state-wide level.”

“We chose Seattle first, and our next location will likely be in the Bay Area and/or Los Angeles. But we found a beautiful location in Bellevue first. We love that we will be able to bring the brand’s name to Seattle. Customers can expect a very exclusive private dining experience, a chef-tasting menu, and that we will be working with a lot of local tech companies,” they added.

Jiang Nan’s website tells us more: “With a practical attitude, diligent spirit, and innovative mindset, Jiangnan aims to achieve the strategic goal of expanding to 40 stores across the East Coast, West Coast, and Florida over the next three years and offer every diner the unique experience of refined banquets and gatherings through our Chinese fusion.”
