Totto Ramen closed its doors at 464 W 51st Street in September after being at the location in Hell’s Kitchen since 2010.

However, a new concept appears to be heading into the space, according to recently filed paperwork. Xi Lin has filed paperwork for a Japanese restaurant and sushi concept, Kun Tsuki Omakase XTRA.

A proposed menu for the new spot includes a long list of nigiri and other sushi offerings that will presumably be offered to guests in a multi-course omakase experience. Nigiri options range from yellowtail to golden-eye snapper and rosy seabass.

The ground-floor space will feature two tables that will seat 17 customers in total, as well as one service-only bar.

Lin is also involved in Idashi Omakase, a Japanese restaurant with a similar concept located at 464 Bergen Street in Brooklyn.

While an exact timeline for Kun Tsuki Omakase XTRA has not been released, online listings indicate that the restaurant plans to open in December.
