According to a recently submitted permit application, a new eatery, Dumpling Hours, is coming to Palo Alto.

Taking over a spot at 530 Bryant Street — an address formerly home to Bevri and Vero Ristorante Italiano — the concept will land near establishments such as Ettan, Ramen Nagi, and Zola.

What Now San Francisco spoke briefly to the restaurant’s owner, Xia Wang, but she could not provide additional information before publication.

Nevertheless, if the upcoming Palo Alto spot is modeled after existing Dumpling Hours outposts in Oakland, Walnut Creek, and Brentwood, locals can expect a casual, lively atmosphere. Dumplings and noodle dishes will make up the menu, and beer and wine will be available.

An opening date has not yet been announced. Follow Dumpling Time on Instagram for updates.
