Another Broken Egg Cafe is slated to debut its first Colorado location in Fort Collins, thanks to a multi-unit franchise agreement spearheaded by Marc and Zach Rogers of Rogers Restaurant Group. The entrepreneurs will open for business at 2909 E Harmony Rd., Denver Post reports.

The cafe, renowned for its Southern-inspired breakfast and lunch offerings, marks a significant culinary addition to the region. Zach Rogers tells What Now Denver they expect to open its doors in late 2024.

Currently, the company is in the permitting phase of the project. They are seeking approval to do a complete interior remodel. The new space will feature a modern farmhouse aesthetic and a full bar offering cocktails and mocktails.

This will be the first store to open of the five-unit deal Rogers Restaurant Group signed. Next, they are looking at the Loveland, Windsor, and Johnstown areas. Westminster to Fort Collins is the territory area they cover.

“We’re excited to share a really delicious brunch product that has a bit of a southern flair with Northern Colorado,” Rogers said. “”Another Broken Egg Cafe checked all of our boxes as a proven concept: exceptional financial performance, strong support, scalability, and an innovative menu. It was truly a perfect fit, and we look forward to introducing an elevated brunch spot to our local communities.”
