Saverina to Serve Italian-Inspired Modern American Cuisine

A new restaurant will debut at the coming Kimpton Claret hotel.

Located on the ground floor of Kimpton Claret hotel, Saverina is an eagerly anticipated restaurant that’s set to open its doors later this summer. The concept will offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner options at the 6985 E. Chenango Ave. property in Belleview Station.

Led by Executive Chef Christian Graves, Saverina will offer a distinctive menu that blends Italian culinary traditions with modern American flair. The concept’s menu teases seasonal, flavorful dishes like house-made pasta, wood-fired pizzas, and a variety of starters with local produce.

Designed with an open kitchen concept and chic aesthetic, Saverina will provide a warm and inviting atmosphere enhanced by street-front views. Highlights include a guest-facing pizza oven and a pasta extruder, ensuring an authentic dining experience.

Saverina will serve breakfast from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM and lunch from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM on weekdays. Brunch is offered from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM on weekends. Dinner is served Sunday through Thursday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and until 10:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays.
