Nothing Bundt Cakes is preparing to open several new locations throughout Arizona, including the new sites in Prescott Valley, Tempe, and Peoria.

Fain Signature Group, a local community builder, recently announced a new addition to Prescott Valley, according to a press release. This week, the group signed a lease with Cindy Cullen to open a Nothing Bundt Cakes location in the former Firehouse Subs space at 3088 N Glassford Hill Rd. Cullen is an existing franchisee who operates a successful location in Washington state and expects to open this location in late Spring 2025. This is the first of many for Nothing Bundt Cakes.

The national cake franchise is also working on a new location in the former home of TaylorMade Phades Barbershop in the Tempe Marketplace at 2010 E Rio Salado Pkwy #120 under a different franchise owner. It’s unclear when this location is expected to open, but considering it is listed on the company’s website, it will likely open sooner rather than later. When it opens, Nothing Bundt Cakes will have a variety of cakes and sweets for all kinds of celebrations.

Finally, Nothing Bundt Cakes is working on a new location in Peoria, moving into the former home of Butta Cakes at 24681 N Lake Pleasant Pkwy #102, according to UpperWestSidePHX. This location will open at the southeast corner of Lake Pleasant Parkway and Happy Valley Road, north of the Sunrise Promenade Shopping Center. This announcement comes shortly after Westside Concepts decided to replace Haymaker in Peoria with a new concept called Four Corners Taphouse at 24762 N Lake Pleasant Pkwy.
