Scooter’s Coffee is working on its latest drive-thru location at 645 E. South Boulder Road in Louisville. Records show the brand is seeking approval for a new build project.

This new outlet will be situated in the Village Square Shopping Center. It will replace 49 parking stalls from an existing lot to accommodate a one-story drive-thru building.

The location is owned by franchisee John Donicht, who brings a wealth of entrepreneurial experience to the venture. Donicht was been involved in the creation of numerous companies. 

Scooter’s Coffee, founded in 1998 by Don and Linda Eckles, has been on a rapid growth trajectory. The business currently has 818 stores nationwide, having opened nearly 200 stores in 2023 alone.

The brand’s signature drink is the Caramelicious®, served hot, iced, or blended – a rich velvety caramel sauce combined with our world-class espresso and topped with whipped cream and caramel drizzle.
