A new take-out restaurant dubbed ATL Seafood 2 Go is set to replace Ben Hill Community Cleaners, located at 3661 Campbellton Rd SW, according to a commercial conversion permit filed with the city last Thursday, Mar 16.
A representative of ATL Seafood 2 Go did not immediately return a request for comment.
Details on the new project remain thin, however, ATL Seafood 2 Go, LLC was officially filed with the state of Georgia on Jan 25, 2023. Likewise, the 1,636-square-foot space currently occupied by Ben Hill Community Cleaners has been for sale since 2019, according to a former listing on real estate website, LoopNet.
