The new restaurant location will involve an estimated investment of $142,860, according to permit details, with a 2,100-square-foot leased space that will transform from a vacant white box into a fully outfitted restaurant. This marks another expansion for the 92 Chicken brand within an existing single-story shopping center. The Sugar Land location is well-positioned to attract locals and visitors alike, providing a convenient spot for fans of 92 Chicken’s flavorful fried offerings.
