Teriyaki Madness, a fast-growing Asian fast-casual franchise, continues to expand its footprint in Colorado with the upcoming opening of a new location at 1824 Democracy Point in Colorado Springs. Construction records show that the eatery is coming soon.

With two existing locations in Colorado Springs—Cimarron Hill and Garden of the Gods—Teriyaki Madness has already established itself as a local favorite. This new restaurant will mark yet another addition to its presence in the region.

The franchisee for this location is Qing Hammel Li. Tyler Chan of Covenant Real Estate Group is listed as the property manager, while Sargenti Architects, NP Mechanical, and E Design Group are also listed as involved on documents.

Permits show the project is valued at $750,000. The build-out for the 1,509-square-foot building includes new dining areas, kitchen spaces, and restrooms, with interior finishes modifications.
