Yummy Quan is being permitted for a location at 11754 Bellaire Blvd #800. The restaurant, under the ownership of Khiem Dong, will undergo a $142,000 renovation to transform the space into a welcoming dining environment.
This location will span 2,129 square feet, providing ample room for diners to enjoy an elevated yet relaxed dining experience. With plenty of space, it is expected to accommodate both intimate meals and larger group gatherings with a design that will cater to a variety of customer needs. While specific details of the menu remain under wraps also, it is anticipated that Yummy Quan’s signature dishes will be complemented by new and exciting offerings that will cater to diverse tastes.
The renovation, slated to begin in November 2024, will focus on a lease space build-out to create an aesthetic fit for Dong’s vision of Yummy Quan. The restaurant’s final interior should be ready by May 2025, according to the permit on file with the state.
