Good Times Restaurants Inc. has announced the acquisition of its Broomfield location from a franchisee, Business Wire reports. The store, now directly operated by Good Times, was briefly closed for updates while the transition took place.

There was recently work done at the location, with the addition of new digital menu boards, an upgraded point-of-sale system, and team retraining. More renovations will take place over the next 18 to 24 months.

Good Times is renowned for its all-natural, antibiotic-free burgers and chicken sandwiches, signature wild fries, Hatch Valley green chili breakfast burritos, and fresh frozen custard.  It’s a quick-service chain with drive-thru and walk-up window locations.

Since its first location opened in Boulder, Colorado in 1987, the company has grown its presence with 30 locations across Colorado. As of the second fiscal quarter of 2024, Good Times Restaurants reported revenue of about $8.8 million from its Good Times locations.
