It looks like a specialty coffee roaster is preparing to launch its first brick-and-mortar café.

Recent permits filed with the city reveal that Sweet Eye Coffee plans to take over Suite 115 at the Cordova Towne Center shopping mall, located at 1138 N Germantown Pkwy.

The building’s landlord confirmed this news with What Now Memphis, and construction on the new space is already underway.

Since its launch in 2020, Sweet Eye Coffee’s mobile shop has been delighting Memphians with a diverse selection of coffee beverages, hot chocolates, and refreshers.

The truck offers over 10 single-origin coffees and serves fun treats like Biscoff lotus Belgium waffles. It is also available to book for events, and customers can purchase its specialty coffees online.

What Now Memphis has reached out to owner Aimen Alaina and will provide updates as more details about the new café become available.
