RareTea, a bubble tea brand known for its high-quality ingredients and diverse menu, is working on its newest location at 2850 W Grand Pkwy N #120, Katy, TX 77449, confirmed by Co-Franchisee Deepali Chanana.
According to a permit on file, the new location will undergo an interior buildout of 1,500 square feet with an estimated cost of $160,000. This development will transform the space into something that reflects RareTea‘s commitment to combining aesthetic design with functional comfort for its tea patrons.
RareTea was established in 2016 and has since built its reputation on quality and putting its own spin on bubble tea. Each drink is brewed-to-order, emphasizing freshness and customization, a distinguishing factor that has contributed to the brand’s growing fanbase. The brand’s menu spans from classic milk teas to fruit-infused blends, offering something for everyone.
Construction is set to begin this month, January 2024, with a estimated completion date in April 2024.
