A new restaurant will be coming to Aurora, recent hiring ads show. Blazin’ Bite will be the latest tenant to move into 12203 Iliff Ave. Suite L, and the company tells What Now Denver it is gearing up for its opening.

The eatery, owned by Bo Sun, is in the Heather Ridge neighborhood in the Iliff Commons shopping center. Maps show it will join neighboring retailers like Panera Bread, Beantree Coffee, and Great Clips.

Blazin’ Bite will offer a seafood BBQ experience paired with creative cocktails, GM Kaydee Van Deren says. She tells the publication the menu will have “a variety of seafood bbq, and shared plates from oysters to lobster, scallops, and more”. The restaurant will also feature live entertainment, including karaoke and DJs on weekends.

Currently, Blazin’ Bite is in the process of hiring staff for both front and back-of-house positions. According to a job posting, the restaurant is offering positions for managers, bartenders, servers, and hosts, with competitive wages and no tip pooling.
