A new bookstore and restaurant is coming to Oakland. Clio’s Bookstore has filed for permits at 353 Grand Avenue, on the ground floor of an apartment complex on the corner of Grand Avenue and Perkins Street in Adams Point.
What Now San Francisco reached out, but a representative for Clio’s Bookstore was not immediately available for comment. We do know that along with a selection of books, Clio’s plans to serve food and drinks.
We love a bookstore, but we especially love a bookstore that will also serve us a cappuccino and, say, a croissant while we’re cracking the spine of the latest mystery novel. We’ll be heading to Clio’s ASAP to fill our bookshelves and our stomachs.
