Katy will soon become home to a South Korean restaurant concept that offers pastries, salads, sandwiches, and more. Paris Baguette will be located at 23119 Colonial Pkwy. in Katy.
Co-owner Rebekah Kim told What Now Houston that Paris Baguette in Katy is tentatively scheduled to open sometime in October. The original opening date was pushed back because of supply chain issues.
Diners can purchase cake by the slice or whole. Pastries such as donuts, brioche, hand pies, croissants, and more are also offered. The menu features seasonal and classic salads, gourmet sandwiches for breakfast or lunch, and tea, coffee, and specialty drinks.
Paris Baguette currently has other locations in Texas including in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and Austin. A Houston storefront will be located at 1304 Blalock Rd., according to the Paris Baguette website. The franchise is expected to continue its growth across the state.
