HAZA Group, a prominent franchisee of Wendy’s, is set to expand its footprint in Texas with two new locations. These new establishments will feature Wendy’s latest Next Gen prototype buildings, a significant step in modernizing the fast-food experience.
The first location will be situated at 11303 Eagle Dr, Mont Belvieu, TX 77523. This project is a new-build venture, marking a fresh addition to the Mont Belvieu community. The second location, at 3150 Farm to Market 1960 Rd E, Humble, TX 77338, is set to begin construction in January 2024, according to a permit on file.
What sets these new Wendy’s locations apart is their incorporation of the Next Gen prototype design. This innovative concept was first introduced in Beaumont, Texas, with HAZA Group opening the third such prototype globally. These buildings represent the forefront of Wendy’s commitment to providing a contemporary dining experience. They feature modern aesthetics, advanced technologies, and enhanced service options, all aimed at elevating the customer experience.

The Mont Belvieu location has an “end of Q1 2024” expected open with the Humble location’s permit showing the project completion in December 2024.
