Serene Vegas Boutique Hotel will soon be home to Jazzyblu, a new full-service restaurant from Chef Karen LaDeq that will feature live music along with a menu boasting breakfast, lunch, and dinner choices.

Jazzyblu’s food menu will include breakfast dishes like Shrimp & Grits and classic French toast, lunch items like the 8-oz. Surf and Turf Burger with jumbo shrimp, and dinners that include cuts like prime rib.

The space, which a representative described in a conversation with What Now on Tuesday as “cozy and intimate” will include a full bar and lounge area, with live jazz and other live music at a volume that will allow for conversation.

“Chef Karen LaDeq has been in the industry for 40 years and has owned several restaurants,” the representative said.

Opening on March 15 at 455 Harmon Avenue, Jazzyblue will join hospitality concepts like Sacred Pools Ocean Club and RLX a Serene Restaurant.
