A Jonesboro, Arkansas-based coffee franchise is expanding in its hometown.

Shadrachs Coffee will soon launch its latest location at 3402 Southwest Dr, in Jonesboro’s Valley View neighborhood. Founder and CEO Larry Billing, who oversees the franchise with his wife Risa, told What Now Memphis that this café will be corporate-owned.

The new spot will offer Shadrachs’ full coffee menu, featuring small, hand-crafted batches of premium Arabica coffee beverages, as well as energy drinks, lemonades, milkshakes, ‘Shaddy Pops,’ teas, and smoothies. Guests can also enjoy breakfast sandwiches—including the fan-favorite sausage, egg, and cheese croissant, which is available at select locations.

Established in 2001, Shadrachs currently operates 11 locations across Arkansas, Tennessee, and Mississippi, with the closest to Memphis located in Lakeland. Each coffee shop is locally owned and operated.

The new Shadracks Coffee will include both indoor seating and a drive-thru. While an exact opening date hasn’t been set, Larry hopes to welcome customers in mid-April 2025 and is currently hiring baristas.
