Orange will be getting a new go-to spot for coffee and breakfast when Euro Caffe comes to town.

Owner Staella Gianakakos says she hopes to have doors open at 119 S Glassell Street sometime in early January.

While Euro Caffe already operates locations in Santa Ana, Huntington Beach, and Irvine, Gianakakos says this fourth installment will be a bit of a departure for the concept.

“Our other locations have always been very black-and-white,” she told What Now Orange County, “but this location will set the standard for the future stores. We are excited to incorporate new colors in a style that fits the historic nature of the circle.”

She also added that the site’s more expansive kitchen may lead to some new and creative brunch items.

The location will also feature a speciality pastry, the Orange Circle, named for the shop’s location, along with the bevy of favorites Euro Caffe is already known for. Items like the famous Nutella latte, sweet and savory crêpes, and the Mamosa flight. Gianakokos promises, “the eclectic menu we have makes brunch time complete”

The prime location just off Plaza Square in Old Towne Orange has been on Gianakakos’s mind for some time. A frequenter of the Orange Circle herself, Gianakakos says, “This particular space is special to us…we always said that this would be a great place for a Euro Caffe.”
