According to a website for the business, Brazuca’s menu will feature a reliable slate of regional favorites including Coxinha and Kibe, croquettes prepared with shredded chicken and beef respectively, as well as Risolis, or breaded and deep-fried empanadas filled with ham and cheese, and a variety of thin-crust pies known as Pasteis, with fillings ranging from beef and chicken to cheese and hearts of palm.

Meanwhile, a selection of sandwiches such as the Queijo Quente and Misto Quente, grilled chicken and grilled steak plates served with rice and beans, and desserts like a stuffed churro, flan, and Brazilian truffles will also be available.
