After success with its Irvine location, The Goldfinch will be opening a second spot in Huntington Beach. The company has a location at 300 Pacific Coast Hwy. Ste 220, state records show.
The company recently applied for a liquor license for the space, which is in the Pierside Pavilion retail complex downtown, right across from the ocean and Huntington Beach pier.
The Goldfinch is a chic, high-end establishment serving the best of seasonal California cuisine and nice cocktails. There is a Happy Hour on weekdays from 3 PM to 6 PM featuring the company’s craft beverage program.
Trio Ciaran Gough, Juan Carlos Guerra, and Todd Miller are the owners of The Goldfinch. The three also created The 908 Restaurant in Long Beach. Gough also headed the now-closed Ottimo Pizzeria.
