Quentin Garcia, culinary maestro, is preparing to debut an eatery at the Thompson Palm Springs. Lola Rose is his concept that’s located at the brand new resort, at 414 N Palm Canyon Dr., according to Palm Springs Life.

The Mediterranean concept will bring some spice to the desert food scene. Nestled in the swanky hotel, the restaurant has a tandoor oven for authentic cooking of flatbreads, mezze, kebabs, and other delectable dishes.

The menu at Lola Rose will include smoked thyme beef tartare, muhammara, spicy dip with pomegranate molasses, crispy Persian rice, and rack of lamb — to name a few. It will serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and lounge fare.

With a second-floor location on the pool deck, the eatery will offer stunning mountain vista views and a sunny atmosphere. It is one of three new concepts coming to the resort, which will officially open soon.
