Lupe’s Mexican Eatery wants its next location to be in Aliso Viejo, records show. The brand is in the permitting process for a property at 26541 Aliso Creek Rd Ste C., although plans have not yet been approved.

This outpost of Lupe’s would be situated in the Commons at Aliso Viejo shopping center, near Trader Joe’s. On the company website, the location is listed as “coming soon” and it states the operating hours would be 8 AM to 9 PM.

The expansion will bring the eatery’s modern take on traditional Mexican cuisine to a new area of SoCal; the brand already has restaurants in Dana Point, San Diego, Huntington Beach, and Lake Forest.

Lupe’s Mexican Eatery uses the freshest ingredients to create flavorful and authentic dishes, be it seafood, soups, bowls, burritos/tacos/tortas, or vegetarian options. There is also a kids’ menu for the little ones.
