Featuring a mix of retail outlets, dining options, and essential amenities, the Magnet Shopping Center is to be a 114,523-square-foot plaza that transforms the business scene in town. The other anchor tenant that has been confirmed is Burlington clothing store.
Plans say the center will encompass a range of offerings, including a convenience store, gas station, grocery store, automated carwash, and multiple retail and restaurant pads that are still available. There are 14 parcels, with sizes ranging from .38 acres to 1.54 acres.
“Raising Cane’s and Burlington are the first two that have signed up for that, and they’ve submitted site plans, signage applications, and building drawings, so we know those two are definitely coming. As more retailers have submitted we’ll keep you updated on that,” City Manager Rob Johnson said in a meeting.
