Kebab Craft, a Mediterranean and Middle Eastern concept from San Diego, is set to be one of the new tenants at the River Street Marketplace. LA Times reports that the business was added in the latest wave of new tenants announced at the upcoming San Juan Capistrano retail complex.

Located at 31856 Paseo Adelanto, the 60,000-square-foot retail and dining destination is expected to open soon but has gone through several delays to debuting. The list of expected tenants has now grown to 30.

Kebab Craft, which celebrated its second anniversary this month, first launched in San Diego’s Liberty Public Market. Co-owned by Shannon and Paul Salhany, it offers patrons the ability to customize dishes, including pita sandwiches, wraps, bowls, and plates.

The restaurant has had a quick rise in popularity marked by significant accolades. In its first year, Kebab Craft was recognized as San Diego’s Best Mediterranean Restaurant, Best Caterer, and Best New Restaurant.
