According to a recent article from Oregon Live, Fracture Brewing aims to open another brick-and-mortar location at 4090 N Williams Ave.
A representative of Fracture Brewing was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Portland’s request.
While an official opening date and/or confirmation of becoming a permanent location for Fracture Brewing has yet to be confirmed, according to the article, “Says Fracture in its announcement: “Our goal is to have it become a fixture at this location.”
“The North Portland spot will be in the former home of the Dos Hermanos Bakery, at 4090 N. Williams Ave. Fracture head brewer Steve Beaudoin brews a variety of styles, including award-winning hop-forward lagers and intensely hopped IPAs. The pop-up will offer packaged beer to-go, plus a bar and two bar tables for on-site quaffing. The Fracture location has no food service, but it shares an entry with neighboring restaurant XLB, whose to-go items can be ordered and then eaten at the pop-up after XLB opens at 5 p.m.”
“Dubbed “The Fracture Brewery Taproom Pop-Up,” the location will be the third for Fracture, which opened the Fracture Brewing Beer Cart at the Midtown Beer Garden this past summer in the revamped Southwest Fifth food cart pod in downtown Portland,” the article goes on to state.
Fracture Brewing is listed as one of ChefStable’s projects, according to the company website. The website describes Fracture as “Fracture’s roots begin with a passion for hospitality and great beer, which will be showcased in their taprooms in Southeast Portland on Stark Street and at the newly opened Midtown Taproom at Midtown Beer Garden on SW Fifth & Oak. Fracture’s goal is to bring people, friends, and colleagues together from around the world, collaborating with breweries in Asia and beyond.”
Fracture Brewing’s website dives in further with more information, stating, “Quality first, with a wide variety of styles and collaboration brews from locao Portland breweries and beyond. Our beer is available at our taprooms along with PNW bottle shops and bars. Not content with being your average taproom, Fracture Brewing also has a great selection of signature and classic cocktails.”
“The Fracture Brewing taproom and cans feature art by a handful of artists who best represent each unique beer. Visit our taprooms on Stark St., N. Williams Ave, & Midtown Beer Garden, where we offer draft pours, cans to go, cocktails, and tasty bites from neighboring food carts.”
