The organic juice bar chain Clean Juice will soon be opening its debut Round Rock store at 2800 S IH-35, within suite 315, according to a recent filing with the State of Texas. The store will be located just off the highway, near Olive Garden, Jersey Mike’s, and other notable brands.
Founded in 2014, Clean Juice primarily serves smoothies, juices, açai bowls, wraps, sandwiches and salads. In less than a decade, the chain has exploded to over one hundred stores nationwide.
The upcoming Round Rock location will be run by co-franchisees Dale and Nikole Phillips, two locals who seem to be venturing into the restaurant business for the first time, according to their respective professional histories as seen on their LinkedIn pages.
In a recent social media post, Nikole Phillips announced: “Dale Phillips and I could not be more excited to join the Clean Juice family as franchise partners. This is a brand that we believe in and trust as it aligns with our lifestyle. We are looking forward to being a part of bringing #beorganic lifestyle to all.”
What Now Austin briefly contacted Mr. Phillips to inquire about this upcoming development, but he did not respond to requests for comment by the time of publication.
What can be reasonably expected, if estimates listed on the public filing hold true, is that the Round Rock store will be set to debut in summer 2023.
