Fresa’s Chicken, the Mexican-inspired grilled chicken concept, will be expanding to two new locations in the Austin metro area.

The first, set to open at 3600 North Capital of Texas Highway in September, will “occupy 6,000 square feet, and feature a large patio overlooking the western hills” according to reporting in The Austin-American Statesman.

The brand’s fourth location will be found within the ever-growing Mueller area at 1414 E. 51st St., with a projected September 2024 opening.

At both new locations, readers can reasonably expect the brand’s classic wood-grilled meals (“Served w/ Charro Beans, Mexican Rice, Grilled Onion, Blistered Jalapeño, Corn Tortillas & Salsas”) of chicken, skirt steak, and gulf shrimp — along with tacos, nachos, botanas, and more.
