Hao Hao Vietnamese and Chinese Restaurant, the popular Round Rock establishment, will soon be opening its second location at 19392 Ronald W. Reagan Blvd within suite 500. The restaurant is run by Binh Tran and Phoebe Hoang who also own China Kitchen.

“We are at the stage of getting our construction and permitting done,” co-owner Binh Tran tells What Now Austin

As with the original Round Rock location, Tran states that the Georgetown Hao Hao will also serve Asian cuisine, with a “focus on Chinese and Vietnamese food.”

When asked about her rationale for opening a Georgetown outpost, Tran describes a long, arduous road.

“We’d been looking for a location for years now, but we hadn’t found anything we were happy with. Eventually, a real estate agent that we had worked with before introduced us to this opportunity. We’re really happy with the location, especially with the HEB next door.”

Depending on construction and licensing timelines, Tran and her team hope to open in “November or December.”
