Thai Q Le, owner of UTea Pho — the popular West Campus Vietnamese eatery — is in the process of opening a similar but separate concept: UTea Kitchen at 2422 RM 620.

“UTea Pho will be expanding their operation into a new restaurant soon: UTea Kitchen! Be ready and excited for even more healthy Vietnamese food in Lakeway!” the official website states.

While little else has been announced, Community Impact says “The menu will mostly remain the same as the West Campus location offering pho soups, vermicelli bowls, stir-fry and spring rolls with some additional new dishes.”

If this is the case, readers can expect pho, banh mi, noodle dishes, fried rice, and an impressive variety of teas.

Mr. Le did not immediately return request for comment. Until the new location opens its doors, eager readers can find the flagship location at 2222 Rio Grande.
