An innovative sushi concept is orbiting closer to a Cherry Hill opening. Kura Revolving Sushi Bar is in the midst of construction, and on track for a late fall opening, reports local media outlet 42 Freeway.

The unusual and futuristic restaurant will be opening at 2000 Route 70, Suite C in the Garden State Park complex. A Garden State Park complex representative confirmed that Kura is aiming for a late October, early November opening.

Kura Revolving Sushi employs an unusual food delivery method. The sushi is placed on conveyor belts that run through the restaurant, and visitors select their preferred cuisine as it moves past them. The concept is an introvert’s dream come true; each table has tablets that allow customers to track their own meal and check.

Kura currently has 64 U.S. locations, with 9 more on the way. The concept has a restaurant open and operational in Philadelphia for any foodies eager to sneak a peak of Kura’s design and cuisine.
