After five years of delivering happiness to Central Florida residents with their cupcake truck Trixie, The Naked Cupcake plans a storefront in the Lake Nona area, with a grand opening celebration scheduled for Fall 2021.
Featuring undecorated cupcakes that customers can decorate to their taste, the brick-and-mortar business will also offer ice cream, ready-to-go celebration cakes, and a variety of new treats, as well as a party room.
“This room will be available for cake and cupcake decorating parties and much more,” said Founder Sandra Shorter. She expects booking for the party room to begin online this August.
With a wide variety of flavor combinations, The Naked Cupcake uses high-quality ingredients like organic, free-range eggs and Callebaut cocoa and has been a popular choice for birthday parties, weddings, graduations and more.
“We believe that a simple cupcake is enough to make an ordinary day extraordinary,” said Shorter.
