A food truck called St. Vic’s Smoke Shack will be opening a brick-and-mortar restaurant at 1858 N Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando. The popular food truck has a significant following, with over 1k likes on their Facebook page and close to 750 followers on their Instagram page.

According to St. Vic’s Smoke Shack’s online menu, the food truck offers a delicious variety of meats including BBQ Pork Ribs, Smoked Chicken, Brisket and Pulled Pork. St. Vic’s also serves handheld food items like a Pulled Pork Sandwich, a Brisket Sandwich, a Loaded Hog Sandwich, a Straight Shooter and the Pitmaster.

The Straight Shooter has “Smoked jalapeno and cheddar sausage links with herb coleslaw served on Texas toast bread.” The Pitmaster has “slow smoked brisket piled high and topped with pimento cheese, crispy jalapenos, dill pickle and house made BBQ aioli.” Some of the sides that St. Vic’s serves are Evan’s Mac & Cheese, Collard Greens, Creole Beans & Rice and Baked Beans.

What Now Orlando reached out to owner Wess St. Vic, who said that the restaurant building is already constructed but will need renovations. The restaurant could open in as soon as 30-35 days but that will depend on when the renovations and permitting are completed.
