Taqueria Villa is set to open in Daytona Beach. According to a permit from the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation, the new taqueria is expected to open in the Tarragona Shoppes at 1173 W INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY BLVD., SUITE 3.

Situated at the southeast corner of International Speedway Boulevard and Central Avenue, between Clyde Morris Boulevard and Nova Road, the Tarragona Shoppes sits directly across the street from Daytona State College.

At the helm of the new concept opening in Daytona Beach is Araceli Sanchez. What Now Orlando briefly chatted with Sanchez, who confirmed the opening. Unfortunately, Sanchez was unable to share further details by the time of this publication.

There are a host of similar taqueria names throughout the region and the country, but it’s hard to say if any are indeed associated with the upcoming opening. Taqueria Villa does not yet have a website and/or social media pages. With no online presence, it’s kind of hard to say what exactly the new eatery will offer. But based on the name, we suspect the taqueria may offer Mexican-inspired or authentic dishes.

But as we inch closer to opening, we’re sure that more will be revealed. So keep your eyes peeled and your ears perked for the latest.

Taqueria Villa is anticipated to open in Daytona Beach within the Tarragona Shoppes at 1173 W INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY BLVD., SUITE 3, later this year or early next year.
