A new Dunkin Donuts / Baskin Robbins combo store will soon be opening at Orlando Airport, according to recent public records. The store will be located in the airport’s cell phone waiting lot, officially addressed at 10505 Jeff Fuqua Boulevard.
What Now Orlando briefly corresponded with franchisee Michael Koroghlian to get the latest information on this upcoming development, his 26th Dunkin’ location in the state.
“The cellphone waiting lot at Orlando International Airport is a busy destination and people will be able to enjoy a coffee or donut from Dunkin as well as an ice cream treat from Baskin, while they wait to pick someone up at the airport,” Koroghlian said.
When asked why he chose to open a cell phone waiting lot location, Koroghlian provides a simple answer.
“I have a Dunkin at the Ft. Myers airport cell phone waiting lot, owned by the same owner as the Orlando site, so it was an easy decision.”
And when can readers expect to grab a donut and ice cream as they wait for friends and family to fly into town?
“I hope to open sometime this summer.”
