GŪD Essence is preparing to open its third location. According to the Black-woman-owned cannabis and holistic wellness ecosystem‘s website, the next GŪD Essence location is expected to open in Midtown Titusville at 1220 S Washington Ave.
“GŪD Essence is expanding to the Space Coast,” the GŪD Essence website reads.
“Our Titusville dispensary will bring the same commitment to quality, culture, and compassionate care that defines every GŪD Essence location.”
The new GŪD Essence Titusville is slated to open this winter.
What Now Orlando reached out to CEO and founder Jasmine Johnson to find out more about the upcoming opening. Unfortunately, we did not hear back by the time of this publication.
“GŪD Essence’s mission is to lead research and development and advance innovation in medical cannabis from seed to sale in order to significantly improve the well-being and quality of life of its customers,” the brand’s website reads.
“The company plans to operate with high efficiency and environmental sustainability. GŪD Essence has partnered with medical experts conducting cannabis research focused on cancer, sickle cell disease, and conditions disproportionately affecting Black populations. The organization aims to drive clinical breakthroughs and enhance treatment efficacy for serious medical conditions using CBD and medical cannabis.”
Officially established in 2016, GŪD Essence opened its first flagship dispensary in Clearwater, Florida, on November 11, 2025. Johnson, an entrepreneur with a background in real estate, asset management, hospitality, and community spaces, including co-founding Crescendo Jazz & Blues Lounge, is on a mission to merge science, culture, and wellness, focusing on research-backed cannabis products, community equity, and conditions disproportionately affecting Black and underserved populations.
GŪD Essence combines retail wellness products (flowers, teas, topicals, and edibles) with holistic community events and classes like yoga and sound therapy.
