The growing ramen franchise Jinya Ramen Bar will soon open an Oviedo location, according to recent public records. The restaurant will be located at 234 E Mitchell Hammock Road, within suite 1160, of The Ellington at Oviedo Park development.

Apart from specializing in the Japanese noodle soup that gives the brand its name, Jinya also serves small plates such as gyoza, edamame, tempura, crispy rice, and pork ribs, among several others.

Seeking to set itself apart from competitors, the brand states on its official website “Jinya is ramen culture, where the relationship between broth and noodles is serious but delicious business. From the water we use to prepare our broths – we only use FUJI which is 99.9 percent free from impurities – to the special aging process that our noodles undergo before they’re cooked and served, we’re crazy about ramen and pay meticulous attention to everything that goes into your bowl. You’ll quickly see why at Jinya we say, ‘No ramen, no life.’”

What Now Orlando reached out to Taff Liao, franchisee of the upcoming and already-existing Jinya Ramen Bar, with questions about potential opening dates, but he was not immediately available for comment.

Until the new Jinya Ramen opens its doors, curious readers may find the existing central Florida location at 8 N Summerlin Ave in Orlando.
