Flûtes Champagne Bar, an exciting new addition to the central Florida food and beverage landscape, is soon coming to 480 N Orlando Avenue in Winter Park, according to recent public records. The “French-inspired” champagne bar will be run by a team of four partners: Justin McWilliams, Christian Arqueros, Alexie Fonseca, and Maritza Spero.

To be found within the WInter Park Village shopping center, Flutes will offer “a world of sophistication and luxury”, in which the “elegance, culture, and flavors of France” will be served.

“We’re still building the menu,” Partner Alexie Fonseca tells What Now Orlando. “We’re going to offer a large array of champagne by the bottle, both grower’s and larger houses. We will also have a full menu of sparkling wines, reds, and whites, along with both local craft and French beer. So, while we are a champagne bar by name, we are a full-fledged wine bar, featuring even tasty and instagrammable wine cocktails.”

In way of food, readers can expect small bites such as “heated almonds, olives, chocolates with wine pairings, caviar crostinis,” adding that Flûtes will also host oyster pop-ups, and a chef who will serve larger dishes as well, all of it seasonal and rotating throughout the year.

Fonseca and the rest of the team hope to open the establishment in early October.
