Arlo Hotels, an independent chain of experience-driven boutique hotels, is developing its second Florida outpost. Arlo originated in New York City, where they have locations in Midtown, NoMad and SoHo, and debuted Nautilus in Miami Beach in 2015.
This coming October, they will unveil their second Miami property, Arlo Wynwood. Located at 2217 NW Miami Court, it will be the first hotel in a neighborhood considered for its burgeoning arts and cultural district that is home to the largest concentration of street art in the world.
The 217-room, nine-story hotel will offer stays starting at $239 per night. With white-oak furnishings, the rooms will offer a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the city. Amenities will include bedside wireless charging stations, Bluetooth radios, 55″ LED TVs featuring staycast capabilities, and complimentary WiFi, as well as mini fridges, Nespresso coffee machines, and Pharmacopia bath products.
The hotel rooftop will feature a pool with private cabanas, a yoga deck, as well as a bar and cafe. There will also be a 2,666-square foot destination restaurant, three additional bars, a bodega, a community pool table, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and complementary bike rentals.
