With two locations currently operating in Greenacres and Fort Lauderdale, Natural Blends is a one-stop-shop for anyone interested in health and fitness. Natural Blends offers smoothies and juices, acai bowls, a food menu, and a health and fitness shop complete with supplements, gear and more, and now it’s getting ready to expand to a third location, this time in West Palm Beach, at 7713 S Dixie Highway.
“We’re a nutrition cafe, a full nutrition shop that does acai bowls, smoothies, wraps, salads, flatbreads,” owner Robert Bryan told What Now on Monday. “You can come straight from the gym and get amino acids in your protein shake, kombucha, everything.”
Bryan started the shop after growing frustrated with many big brand smoothie bars that didn’t quite provide a product he considered up to standards.
“I would go in there after working out, so I wanted two or three scoops of protein in my smoothie. Then I would see them pouring it into that little cup, and there would three quarters of your smoothie still left in the blender, and they’d throw it out or toss it to the side,” Bryan said. “I thought, I’ve got to do this differently. I’ve got to do a shop that cares about people.”
Natural Blends smoothies come in varieties like Berry Twist (bananas, blueberries, strawberries, coconut water) and Peachkini (peaches, bananas, mango); and Specialty Blends include the Cucumber Cooler (cucumber, green apple, kale, kiwi) and Goji Passion (Goji juice, mango, carrots, banana). To these and other drinks can be added boosts like Whey Protein, Calcium, Fiber, Chia Seed, Immune Support, and many more.
If you’re hungry, the menu also features wraps like the Turkey BLT, the Hummus Veggie Wrap (hummus, sprouts, cucumbers, tomatoes, field greens, carrots, onions), along with a selection of salads, and paninis, and—lest we forget—acai bowls like the Beach Bum (acai, granola, banana, strawberry, kiwi, blueberry, local raw honey).
While you’re at it, you can find a wide range of specialty fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle items, including workout gear, nutritional supplements, and even CBD edibles.
No opening date has been announced for Natural Blends’ third location, but keep your eyes peeled. It’s coming soon to West Palm Beach.
