Yes Hospitality Group, the culinary powerhouse behind concepts like Naked Taco, Highbar, and Shabibi, is preparing to open Madame Tang’s, a new high-end restaurant serving Chinese cuisine, in the Town Center at Boca Raton.

Helmed by Ralph Pagano, the reality TV chef who hosted the show “Pressure Cooker” on the Travel Channel, Yes Hospitality will launch Madame Tang’s in February 2024, according to the brand’s website.

“The restaurant offers a modern take on Asian classics and will serve dim sum, sushi, Chinese whiskey and sake,” says recent coverage by the South Florida Business Journal.

Opening in the Town Center at Boca Raton, Madame Tang’s will join a culinary roster that includes California Pizza Kitchen, La Boulangerie Boul’Mich, and the Blue Dog Cookhouse and Bar. Other concepts coming soon to the shopping mall include Maggie McFly’s and Limani Grille.
