As popular and fast-growing Mediterranean chain CAVA prepares to make its South Florida debut in Plantation, the chain appears to be preparing for quick expansion thereafter. The company has submitted plan review documents for a new CAVA location in Aventura, at 18801 Biscayne Blvd.
The Biscayne Boulevard location is part of the Town Center Aventura shopping center, which is home to restaurants like Chipotle Mexican Grill, Novecento, and Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt.

The CAVA menu features a range of Bowls in varieties like Balsamic Date Chicken (Grilled chicken, eggplant dip, red pepper hummus, corn, brown rice, spinach, balsamic date vinaigrette) and the Lentil Avocado Bowl (Falafel, roasted veg, roasted eggplant, hummus, avocado, lentil, tabbouleh, spinach, SuperGreens, skhug) and Pitas like the Spicy Lamb Meatball, the Sweet + Spicy Chicken, and the Crispy Falafel.
